NinJumpSu — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game NinJumpSu (the “App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you play. We built NinJumpSu to be simple and privacy-respecting: you do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any contact or financial information to play.

1. Information We Collect

Information you choose to provide

Leaderboard display name. If you choose to post a score to the global leaderboard, the app submits the display name you pick (or an auto-generated guest name such as NINJA1234), your score, and which in-game character you used. This information is publicly visible on the leaderboard. Please do not enter your real full name or any personal details as your display name.

Information stored only on your device

Your game progress and settings — best score, collected stars, unlocked characters, sound preference, and a randomly generated local ID — are saved on your device (in local storage) and are not sent to us, except for the leaderboard submission described above.

Information collected automatically by our advertising partner

NinJumpSu shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device type and operating system, general (coarse) location derived from your IP, and ad-interaction data. We do not receive or store this advertising data ourselves.

2. How We Use Information

To display global leaderboard rankings.
To save and restore your progress on your device.
To show advertisements that keep the game free, via Google AdMob.
To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

NinJumpSu relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy. You can learn how Google uses data at this page.
Supabase (hosts the leaderboard database) — Supabase Privacy Policy. Only the leaderboard display name, score, and character are stored there.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

iOS: The App follows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You control ad tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and can limit ad personalization under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads under Settings → Google → Ads.
Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads; it makes them less tailored to you.

5. Children’s Privacy

NinJumpSu is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information (for example, as a leaderboard name), please contact us and we will remove it.

6. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries (display name, score, character) remain until you ask us to remove them or we reset the leaderboard. Data stored on your device stays until you delete the App or clear its data. You can also remove local data by uninstalling the App.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because we don’t hold accounts, the main personal data we can act on is a leaderboard entry. To request removal of a leaderboard entry or ask a privacy question, email support@ninjumpsu.com with the display name in question.

8. Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the limited data involved. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

The App and its service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the App, you understand your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
